Delivery within NL and BE per delivery address (except for the Wadden Islands); Freight <1.7m net €15.00, carriage paid if order amount is over €500.00 excl. VAT, without prejudice

Freight 1.7m - 3.2m net €37.00, carriage paid if order amount is over €1,750.00 excl. VAT, without prejudice
Freight >3.2m net €52.00, carriage paid if order amount is over €1,750.00 excl. VAT, without prejudice. Surcharge for bundles >1.7m and heavier than 30kg €126.00

Prices

The prices mentioned are gross/net prices excluding VAT in euros. Price €0.00 is a possible error, no rights can be derived from this. Stretto-doors reserves the right to make interim price changes, changes in depicted products, typos and/or other unforeseen changes. If the prices and conditions on the website differ, the prices and conditions as stated in our financial package apply. Third parties cannot derive any rights from the prices mentioned. All offers apply to the requested quantities in a closed order, while stocks last or until an end date.

Promotions

No discounts apply to the listed promotional prices and they only apply if ordered through your account on www.market.nl during the promotion period. Stretto-doors reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the promotion and is not liable for any typographical, printing or setting errors.

Stock

The items with highlighted prices are subject to stock availability, no rights can be derived from this.

Customized products

Customized products or specially ordered items cannot be returned.

Dimensions

Product-related as well as tolerances in dimensions are subject to change. Slight deviations from the products depicted in our catalog are possible. Complaints regarding this will therefore be rejected. Printing errors reserved. Stretto-doors does not accept any liability in the absence of related legislation. If applicable, liability is limited to the net related value of the delivered goods. Please take into account the norms indicated and applicable in an area/country

Maintenance

All items in our catalog are subject to wear and tear through use. Stretto-doors is happy to inform you about the maintenance instructions for the materials. In addition, various maintenance products are available at Stretto-doors.

Guarantees

Stretto-doors offers a minimum of one year warranty on all items, and on some items, even 3 or 5 years! Items are sent to the supplier for warranty assessment. Stretto-doors accepts no liability for any damage caused by use of the delivered item to the buyer or to a third party.

Returns

All items supplied by Stretto-doors fall under the RMA procedure, with the exception of "specials". Specials are items that are not supplied from our stock, are custom-made or coated in a special color, or are in the broadest sense of the word. In all cases, an RMA form with an RMA number is required for return, which can be obtained on request via the sales department, please send the completed form along with the return shipment. The RMA form is valid for 14 days for returning the items listed on the RMA form. The items must be well packaged, complete, undamaged and in the original packaging, and sent to the address listed on the RMA form, along with the fully completed RMA form. Items that are incomplete, damaged or not in the original packaging are not eligible for return. Stretto-doors reserves the right to charge restocking fees for returned items that are not in the original packaging.

Goods Receipt

We ask that you carefully inspect Stretto-doors shipments when you sign for receipt, and if there is any visible damage, please have it noted on the freight bill, and if possible, take a photo of the damaged shipment as evidence. We also need to provide these pieces of evidence to the insurance company to receive compensation for the damage. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Reservation of ownership
